A playful animation suite for the brand Starfish & Coffee, built around a full-screen animated website intro in which a starfish climbs into a hot coffee cup and triggers a surreal splash. Complementary animated profile visuals extend the character across brand touchpoints, combining character animation, fluid motion and stylised 3D.
For the brand Starfish & Coffee, I crafted a playful and visually rich animation suite to elevate their digital presence and reflect their offbeat personality.
At the heart of the project is a full-screen animated intro for the website: a curious starfish climbs into a hot coffee cup, triggering a surreal splash that brings the brand’s name to life in a literal and unexpected way.
To complement the intro, I designed animated profile visuals that expand on the starfish character across brand touchpoints, merging identity, charm, and motion into a lighthearted visual language.
The result is a blend of character animation, fluid motion design, and stylized 3D aesthetics that delivers a memorable first impression and strengthens brand identity across digital platforms.
